I'm Shannon Carrigan, a licensed Associate Broker with Own NY Real Estate, and I help buyers and sellers across WNY navigate real estate with clarity, confidence, and as little stress as possible. I bring years of experience, strong local market knowledge, and a calm, detail-oriented approach to every client relationship. I'm also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This means I have specialized training to support military families navigating relocation and to guide seniors through the unique process of buying or selling a home later in life.

As a busy mom of two girls, I understand how important home really is - and how valuable time, communication, and peace of mind can be.
